It's quiet and people are cautious when driving through. It's kept up nicely too
Valley view estates is a horrible place to live. The water pressure is horrible, and taking showers or doing dishes takes twice as long. They do not plow nor salt, leaving the entrance/exit very icy, and being on a hill, it is easy to slide into oncoming traffic. The park manager speeds everyday throughtout the park on top of being rude to residents concerns. DON"T LET CHILDREN LIVE HERE!!!! THE PARK MANAGER ALLOWED A SEX OFFENDER TO MOVE IN AND WE RECENTLY HAD A MURDER IN THE PARK. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE.
